Ringo Starr, a new EP!

OltreRock here!
Today I will write about a musical legend, he has made Music History.. he’s just the great RINGO STARR!
81 years old and still rocking , waiting for the world to reopen its gates, he is already planning to tour with his “Ringo all star band” as soon as possible.
He has a new EP out, called “Zoom in Zoom Out”, here you have the tracklist:
| 1. | “Here’s to the Nights” | |
| 2. | “Zoom In Zoom Out” | |
| 3. | “Teach Me to Tango” | |
| 4. | “Waiting for the Tide to Turn” | |
| 5. | “Not Enough Love in the World” |
“Here’s to the night” is a song written by Diane Warren, on the vocals you will find lots of guest: Paul McCartney, Dave Grohl, Sheryl Crow, Lenny Kravitz, Joe Walsh and many more and Steve Lukather on the guitar.
Look at the beautiful video here:
Ringo has started to work on this EP right before the pandemic and you will find many wonderful collaborations, like the one with Nathan East “my second favorite bass player” says Ringo, and Steve Lukather on the guitar on the first and the last track.
A curiosity about the last track called “Not Enough Love in the World”, the EP was meant to have 4 songs and Ringo had just finished them, when his friend (and guitarist in the Ringo all Star band since 9 years) Steve Lukather called him to say that he had written a song for him together with Joseph Williams.
The Lyrics were written just for him and he found himself so much in it that he decided to add the song to the EP “so that now is a 5P”.
There’s a beautiful making of video of this work, you can find it here:

Thanx Ringo for new music, keep rocking!!
Louder!
